Our Journey
Our founder, Shri Somabhai Kashibhai Patel established the brand in the year 1948 and started a small shop at Gandhi Road in Ahmedabad to make quality tea directly available for customers. He was already in the tea industry with his wholesale business before that.
The exclusive counter has opened by the company step by step to make the tea available in all over Gujarat.
Our group started promoting the products under the name Somabhai Tea Processors Pvt. Ltd. in the year 1986 to market the brand in Poly Packaging, and to make it available at every retail shop through our strong distribution network. Our range of products consists of premium, semi-premium and economical, covering all the segments of the market. Our products are available from Re. 1/- pack to 1 Kg. of sizes, and in Poly Packs, Paper Packs, Jar & Carton.
Currently, we are leading towards new heights of growth under the leadership of Shri Jayant Somabhai Patel, whose rich experience of tea tasting has enabled the company to serve consistent quality in every sip.
